Our Point of View

Rooted in Y's tradition of subverting conventional tailoring, this midi skirt is rendered in a richly patterned jacquard that shifts between deep crimson and near-black, evoking the layered complexity of antique tapestry. The fabric carries an almost lacquered surface quality, lending the piece a dark, ceremonial weight that moves fluidly with the body. An asymmetric panel erupts from the hip, folding outward like an unfinished gesture — sculptural, deliberate, and entirely unmistakable in its origins.
