Citibank Hong Kong Double Digit Campaign (2025)

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Citibank Hong Kong Double Digit Campaign(s) taking place throughout the campaign period. By participating in these campaigns on Club21.com, customers agree to be bound by the following terms:


General Campaign Details

  1. The Citibank Hong Kong Double Digit Campaign is valid during the following periods:

    • 8/8 – 17/8/2025

    • 9/9 – 18/9/2025

    • 10/10 – 19/10/2025

  2. Campaigns are only applicable to online purchases made through Club21.com during the respective campaign periods using the designated promo codes.

  3. Discounts are applicable only to items found within the specific collection pages.

  4. Promo codes must be entered at checkout to qualify for the discount and/or gift card.



E-Gift Card Fulfilment

  1. Eligible customers will receive their e-gift cards by the end of the month in which the campaign took place.

  2. E-gift cards will be issued in SGD, with the equivalent value of the HKD reward based on prevailing exchange rates.

  3. Each e-gift card is valid for online purchases at Club21.com only and is not exchangeable for cash.

  4. E-gift cards will be issued only once per customer and are not transferable.



Eligibility Criteria

  1. Customers must meet the spending threshold (if applicable) and enter the correct promo code during the campaign period.

  2. Orders must be successfully completed. Any order that is cancelled or refunded (whether full or partial) will be deemed ineligible for the e-gift card.

  3. Campaigns are valid for eligible Citibank Hong Kong cardholders only.



Other Conditions

  1. Club21.com reserves the right to vary, modify, or amend any of the above Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

  2. In case of any dispute, the decision of Club21.com shall be final and binding.
