Terms & Conditions 

• The S$30 e-giftcard is organized by Club21.com.
  
  

• The Promotion is open only to selected customers who have received the official email invitation from Club21.com and successfully complete the provided form.
  
  

• To be eligible for the S$30 reward, customers must:

  • Receive the official email from Club21.com.

  • Complete and submit the form linked in the email by 30 June 2025.
    
    

• Each eligible customer is entitled to receive one (1) S$30 reward only. Customers who have received the reward previously will not be entitled.
  
  

• The S$30 reward will be issued via email latest by 31 July 2025.
  
  

• The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
  
  

• Club21.com reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participant who does not meet the Promotion criteria or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
  
  

• Club21.com reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate the Promotion without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
  
  

• Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Club21.com, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
