Campaign Date: 14 March 2026 (GMT+8)

1 in every 21 orders will be fully refunded. You shop, we pay — it’s our treat.

How It Works

This promotion is applicable on Club 21 online store at Club21.com only.

All eligible orders placed on 14 March 2026 between 00:00 and 23:59 (GMT+8) will be processed and delivered as normal.

After the campaign ends, selected orders will receive a full refund in the form of an e-gift card.

Selection of Winners

• Winners are determined based on every 21st eligible order from the total pool of qualifying orders during the campaign period.

• Only completed and fully paid orders on non-sale items are eligible.

• Cancelled, fully refunded, or unpaid orders will not qualify and will not be included in the count.

Refund Issuance

Refund e-gift cards will be issued by the end of April 2026.

Eligible customers will be notified via the email address associated with their order.

Order Fulfilment

Winning customers will still receive their purchased items. Orders will be processed and delivered as usual.

The refund is issued after the purchase is completed.

Refund Format

Refunds will not be issued in cash.
All refunds will be provided in the form of a Club 21 e-gift card.

Refund Value

The refund value will match the final amount paid for the order, excluding any portion paid using gift cards or store credits.

E-Gift Card Terms

• E-gift cards are non-transferable.

• E-gift cards are valid for one (1) month from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

• E-gift cards are redeemable on Club21.com only.

Number of Entries

Each eligible order counts as one entry.

Customers may place multiple orders during the campaign period. However, each customer is limited to a maximum of one (1) refund during the promotion.

Participating Countries

This promotion is open to all countries.

Additional Conditions

• This promotion is valid online at Club21.com only and is not applicable in retail stores.

• Club 21 reserves the right to cancel, void, or reject any order suspected of fraudulent activity or abuse of the promotion.

• Club 21 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
