Our Point of View

Rooted in Junya Watanabe's appetite for recontextualising workwear archetypes, these pleated trousers are cut from a nylon-spun serge that has been garment dyed for a lived-in depth of tone. The fabric carries a subtle slubbed texture and a softened hand that grows more characterful with wear. The dramatically tapered barrel leg — voluminous through the thigh and cinched toward the cropped hem — speaks to the label's ongoing dialogue between utilitarian structure and sculptural silhouette.
