Our Point of View

A study in considered construction, this oversized blouson from Yohji Yamamoto channels the label's enduring fascination with workwear archetypes reinterpreted through an avant-garde lens. Cut from a substantial waxed canvas in a weathered slate blue, the coat carries its own lived-in character from the outset — the surface creasing and shifting with wear to build a patina entirely its own. The detachable contrast brown hood and drawstring hem give the silhouette a functional rigour that sits in quiet dialogue with the coat's deliberate, graphic stitched panelling.
